The Sussex Association is to hold its autumn meeting on Sunday 29 September 2013 at Westmeston, Sussex. The meeting is scheduled to start at 3pm and finish at 5pm. Venue: The Parish Hall, Lewes Road, Westmeston, Sussex, BN6 8RL.
The Sussex Association promotes:
- The Sussex County flag
- St Richard – patron saint of Sussex
- The true county boundary
- Sussex Day
- Our county identity
- Anything Sussex related

Sorry, I wont be able to get to the meeting a bit too far ! However it’s nice hearing about the old place. I lived in Clarence Road when I was about
9 or ten. My parents had a small Grocers shop in Clarence Road, it was next door to the North Star. Last time I looked it was’nt there but believe me
it’s now an ordinary house. We used to play with our whips and tops in Clarence Road, there was’nt as much traffic then. I went to Tower Road
School…….. Those were the days ?
