St Leonards Writers Promenade Performance at The Jerwood Gallery, Hastings.
2nd April 2013. 5.30pm.
St Leonards Writers and The Jerwood Gallery have collaborated to create an exciting community project. Each writer has written a story inspired by a particular painting. This promenade performance will lead the audience through the gallery with the writers.
‘From my window at Ditchling’ by Sir Frank Brangwyn, evokes a touching tale of love and loss. A painting in “Knock Knock: Seven Artist’s in Hastings,” the gallery’s present exhibition, imagines a story of mystery and myth.
St Leonards Writers Promenade Performance will begin at 5.30pm.
The Jerwood Gallery is open free to local residents from 4pm-8pm. Please bring along a recent household bill for free entry.
