How windows are cleaned these days - with distilled water

Locally based Express Clean Cleaning Services was set up by Neil Tedeschi in 2006 after an accident with a circular saw forced him to rethink his career. Formerly a landscaper based in Ashford, Neil got into cleaning when he purchased a buy-to-let property. “We had to get special equipment to do cleaning when the tenants moved out, and then our neighbours asked us to do theirs. It went on from there. My brother Ed, who lives in Fulham, does the same thing in London. He gave up a well-paid IT job to do cleaning!”
      Though they don’t usually work as a team, Neil and his brother will sometimes work together on a particularly big assignment. “We have cleaned out penthouse apartments for films.” he says. Together they cover the whole of East Sussex, Kent and London.
      As well as end of tenancy cleaning for people moving in or out of rented accommodation, people selling their homes, or estate agents, Neil offers an “after builders clean”, clearing up the dirt, dust, etc left behind by builders, and also office cleaning. All the chemicals he uses are environmentally friendly, and safe for children and pets. “We do the carpets ourselves, and also have a team of part-time domestic cleaners.”
      “When I was a landscaper I built patios. Now I clean patios and decking ready for the spring.”
