We are sad to report the death of Jean Watson, 81. She died peacefully at St Augustine’s Nursing Home on Tuesday 24th July. She leaves behind husband Vic, to whom she was married for 56 years. Vic and Jean ran ‘Watson’s’, the open-fronted greengrocer’s at 88 Bohemia Road, for 37 years up to 1986, when they sold the premises to Wood’s newsagents.
