Shops go under the hammer
Two commercial properties in the heart of Bohemia were sold at auction recently. The building at 85 Bohemia Road, including a shop and a two-bedroom maisonette, was sold for £110,000. The shop has been vacant since the last tenant, 1066 Consummables, gave up the lease.
Further up the street at 119 Bohemia Road, a shop and two one-bedroom flats were sold for £130,000. The current tenant of the shop is Dominic’s Barber Shoppe. Both properties were sold by Clive Emson Auctioneers on 14th December 2006. [JB]
