Bohemia Road, 113. The proposal, registered on 20th November, is for change of use from retail at ground floor and residential above to a single family dwelling. The application was made by the Magdalen & Lasher Charity, Young, Coles & Langdon of Albert Road, Hastings. Public consultation ends on the 11 December.
St Peter’s Road, 3. The proposal, registered on the 10th November, is to replace existing timber windows with pvcu windows. The application was made by Mr & Mrs Redgewell of South Ockenden in Essex. Public consultation ended on Dec 1st.

SALISBURY ROAD – In our last issue it was reported that a resident of Salisbury Road had spoken at the November BAA meeting about disabled parking bays. No suggestion that any other residents had also queried the use of these bays was intended or implied.
