SPRING STREET
Rumours that the three new town houses currently being built in Spring Street are ‘all sold’ was denied this week by Abbey Gate Properties who are marketing them. A spokeswoman said that ‘No property is sold until it’s sold’, that ‘negotiations are proceeding’ but no sales had yet been completed.
CHESS CONGRESS
