All properties at Bohemia’s prestigous Buchanan Gardens development have now been sold, reports Fox & Sons, who handled the sales. “All 26 plots have gone, the last just a couple of weeks ago”. Prices for the houses and bungalows ranged typically from £129,000 up to about £230,000, with one four-bedroomed house going for £279,000. Selling only began in February of this year. “We are very pleased” said a Fox’s spokesman. When Bohemia Village Voice visited the site on Monday, the show house was still ‘open’, but presumably there’s no point in looking inside.
