Burglary
During the early hours on Saturday 13th May, Park Road Methodist Church, in Bohemia Road, St.Leonards, was broken into. Two safes were stolen and extensive damage was caused to the church. One of the safes was found nearby, the other, containing two books of marriage certificates, has yet to be recovered. It is believed that a vehicle was used in this crime and police are keen to speak to any witnesses.
