Dustmen – are they careless?
St Paul’s Road resident writes (Sep 2009)
Dear Sir,
I live in St Paul’s Road and I’d like to say that I think our local dustmen are far too careless when collecting our black bags. They throw them into their truck, but if one hits the back, the contents get strewn all over the road. And that’s where it lies.
This week, I could have filled a black bag with all the rubbish which was left. It’s especially bad at the top of Horntye Road, by St Paul’s School, where children and parents are obliged to walk through it.
