Origin of the name ‘Bohemia’

Dear Sir, I’m trying to find out the origins of Bohemia and see from Edward Preston’s article in issue 54 that it was named after the Bohemia Farmhouse. Which is helpful, except what I really want to know is why was the Bohemia Farmhouse so named? If you have any clues or could pass this query on to Mr Preston?
