Number 7 Cloudesley Road (above) is ‘The Cloudesley’, a beautiful guest house which has just been awarded 5 stars by the A.A.

Owner Shahriar Mazandi gave Voice editor and friend Jakki  a tour and they were very impressed. The Cloudesley has five boutique rooms and offers several holistic therapies including reflexology, Swedish massage and Indian head massage.

The treatment room (below) is open to non-residents and the guesthouse can be booked for private functions and parties of up to 40 people. The kitchen caters for anyone with special dietary requirements and uses organic and local produce wherever possible.  Shahriar Mazandi is a photographer and gold-medal winner at the Chelsea Flower Show and the gardens at The Cloudesley reflect this passion with many rare and unusual plant specimens.
