Nigel Barry, at Hastings Police Station wrote to residents of the Horntye Road area last year about anti-social behaviour. “We have identified several young people and they have now been offered the chance to sign acceptable behaviour agreements. They have also been referred to the local youth outreach service, so that a structured programme of diversionary activities can be offered to them. It is hoped that there will be no further need for this office to be involved.”
