Taifu Karate action

A Taifu Karate & Kobudo club recently opened a new branch at the Red Cross Hall in Newgate Road. The club, which has been training adults and children in Hastings for twenty years, also meets at Summerfields and Hillcrest. Club secretary Jacqueline Patton said, “The opening night was very well attended by present members, who enjoyed the nice friendly atmosphere within the hall. It’s a lovely venue.” She added, “The club has many Black Belts with many years experience, and both male and female instructors. Anyone who wishes to try can just turn up on Thursdays, either to the children’s class at 6-7 pm or the adult beginners’ class at 7-8 pm.
