Bohemia Village Voice

Interest in the walled garden is snowballing. Local residents and other interested parties have recently formed the Bohemia Walled Garden Association, whose main aim is “to see this valuable local site restored and brought into active use”, (see letters page). The association’s priorities are to obtain permission from its current owners, (Hastings Borough Council’s estates department), to use the land ,and to obtain funding to restore the walled garden and implement a community-based horticultural project. A petition is being circulated at several locations in Bohemia & Silverhill.
