Tower Road elderly travel  specialists Breckland Mobility are now stocking the ‘Rolls Royce’ of scooters: the four-wheel ‘Royale’. ‘The list price is £5,500’, says owner Alan, ‘but we’re offering them at just £3,995 – and they’re going well. We’ve sold six already in the last few months. Some have gone to customers who already have scooters. As soon as they see the ‘Royal’, they fall for it and just have to have it. It’s like they’re buying a family car’. The de luxe scooter has a top speed of over 9mph and a battery range of over 30 miles.
