DEVELOPMENT TRUST FOR BOHEMIA? – Hastings’ Town Centre Manager has suggested to the Bohemia Area Association that they might wish to consider forming a development trust for Bohemia. This would enable local residents and traders to have a much greater impact on shaping the character of the area, strengthening the local economy and improving quality of life for residents. Gensing Cllr Andrew Cartwright said “The fact that an experienced town centre manager has suggested this ambitious step is a huge compliment to the members of the BAA. To form a development trust requires a great deal of commitment. Now is the time for everyone who cares about Bohemia to come forward and help.”
