Alleyways – a progress report has been issued by Council officers who are looking at ways of inexpensively creating a new surface for local alleyways. Officers believe that with specialist help this could be done by volunteers. Some money has been identified to start this. A community clean-up of alleyways is being proposed for the end of October.
