Three Bohemia Road shops with maisonettes above go to auction this month. The properties are 107, 111 and 113 Bohemia Road. The Magdalen & Lasher charity are the vendors. On Nov 3rd at Brighton, Clive Emson is selling the three properties as one lot initially, with a total guide price of £220-250k. If not sold, they will be offered individually, with a guide price of £75-85k each. Planning permission has been granted for the buildings to be converted on the ground floor to create a total of three single family dwellings each of three storeys. In each case the work will involve removing the existing shopfront and fascia, fitting a new timber-panelled entrance door with glazed fanlight over, fitting two new upvc sliding sash windows to ground floor and building a ‘soldier’ [i.e. upright] brick course at first floor level.
